- File standardization, digitalization & migration - documents are accurately renamed, scanned and upload in the centralized repository
- Well organized handling documents, including confidential files
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, for encoding and data checks
- Fast and accurate typing skills with consistent attention to details
- able to follow established guidelines and data entry procedures
- strong organizational and time-management skills, with clear communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
