 Job Title: Leasing Coordinator (m/f/d)
Based At: Wertheim Village
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Leasing Director in his work by fulfil daily tasks with him

Consistently updating of all Remerchandising Documents (Maps, Remerch. Plan, Agenda/Minutes, Pipeline call)

Coordination of Meetings (Presentations, Catering, Timing, Rooms, Invitations)

Track the Leasing Timelines and dates

Take Minutes of every Leasing Meeting

Preparing Info packages, HoTs (internal and external)

Close communication with Legal, regarding new Documents (Insurance, Bank Guarantee, SEPA)

Preparing internal Presentations (Openings, JLD, Unit offers)

Set up Legal Document

Checking if external maps (Village Maps)

Updating SharePoint

Monthly Bank Reporting

Updating Salesforce

Support on Budget meetings and preparation<...
