Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager - Residential & Commercial role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Leasing Manager will oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, handling leasing team, conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, and negotiating lease terms in line with company guidelines and local regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing lease documentation, coordinating move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensuring accurate lease administration and records. The Leasing Manager will monitor market conditions, rental rates, and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and occupancy. Additional responsibilities include supporting resident retention initiatives, collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues, and preparing regular leasing and occupancy reports for management.
