What the role is
The job of an academic is challenging but meaningful. Not only will the candidate have both the knowledge and working experience, but they must also possess a passion for working with youths and adult learners. Opportunities will include developing curriculum, introducing new courses, and being involved in consultancy and applied industry/research projects. Administrative work related to teaching and institutional strategic initiatives will also be an important part of the job. Candidates are expected to be resourceful, innovative, initiative‑driven, and to have good communication skills.
