Job Description
A LEED Coordinator manages the sustainability, documentation, and compliance of construction projects to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Leed Program
- Conduct Pre-Deployment Orientation
- Conduct Site Compliance Inspection & Evaluation
- Prepare regular Report such as Site Compliance Reports & Material Credit Status
- Presentation of LEED Status Report during PTG Meeting on a weekly basis
- Assist project Leed Consultant/Facilitator during Site Compliance Inspector on a Monthly Basis
- Discuss Consultant /Facilitator Findings to the Operation during Tool Box Meeting
- Prepare & Present Action Taken
- Monitoring and Tracking of Materials on SRF ( Submittal Review Form )
