FUNCTION
Maintain and administer the Legal Department’s document management system, ensuring accurate filing, registration, and retrieval of records; uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure full traceability of legal documentation; provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day legal operations and workflows; coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of Company and Other Special Purpose Entities’ legal documentation, including correspondence and filings; manage scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of internal and external appointments; manage and monitor the collection, organization, and electronic registration of legal data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital archives; support the preparation of legal documents relevant to the department’s activities, in lin...
