Job Description

Our client, a mid-size law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a motivated and professional candidate for a Employment and Labour Legal Assistant position. This firm is known for their unparalleled passion for providing exceptional client service and dedication.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Draft, edit and manage legal documents
  • Assist with billings and expense reports

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an LAA in a law firm or professional services environment, ideally with some experience in employment and labour law.
  • LAA Certificate from an accredited institution paired with commercial litigation experience.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and excellent organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a great team player
