Job Description
Hauptaufgaben
- Entwurf und Verhandlung von Vertragsvereinbarungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Geschäftspartnern unter Einhaltung zeitkritischer Fristen.
- Beratung des Unternehmens in allgemeinen wirtschaftlichen, IT- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen.
- Überprüfung und Verwaltung von Vorlagen, Vereinbarungen und Geschäftsbedingungen.
- Sicherstellung der Minimierung kommerzieller Risiken und gegebenenfalls Bearbeitung von Streitfällen.
Main Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contractual agreements with customers, suppliers, and other business partners while meeting time-critical deadlines.
- Advising the company on general commercial, IT, and employment law matters.
- Reviewing and managing templates, agreements, and terms and conditions.
- Ensuring the minimization of commercial risks and, where necessary, handling disputes.
