Job Description
The Case Manager supports the Team’s Mission, Brand Promise, and Core Values by managing personal injury cases with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. This on‑site role provides remote support to clients while preparing case documentation, coordinating with attorneys, and delivering exceptional service throughout the case lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare medical summaries, claims correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with attorney‑client privilege and privacy laws
- Communicate with clients to gather updated medical treatment details, work status, and other relevant information
- Notify attorneys of any changes, concerns, or new information affecting the case
