About the Role
This position involves detailed review and negotiation of contract terms to secure the most beneficial outcomes for the organization. The intern will assist in drafting contractual clauses and amendments as needed.
Internship Responsibilities
Contract Analysis & Information Extraction Evaluate and extract critical legal and financial data from various documents such as Sale and Service Agreements, NDAs, Partnership Agreements, Lease Contracts, RFPs, Employment Contracts, and more.
Commercial Contract Review Assess commercial agreements and summarize scattered legal data to provide strategic insights for sales, risk, compliance, and revenue assurance.
Client-Focused Project Work Participate in diverse legal projects across sectors like technology, manufacturing, telecom, and pharmaceuticals, delivering high-quality, deadline-driven results.
