Legal - Office of the Secretary - Attorney (Associate / Sr Associate)
The Office of the Secretary (OTS) promotes effective governance across the Firm's branches, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and works closely with the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders. OTS manages key governance-related processes and filings and interfaces with shareholders on governance matters.
OTS is seeking an attorney to join the Subsidiary Corporate Governance Team (Americas) in São Paulo, Brazil. This role supports corporate governance legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements for several Brazilian subsidiaries, including regulatory filings, legal entity records, signing authorities, and legal entity simplification/restructuring initiatives.
