Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel on varied contractual issues
• Manage claims and dispute resolution strategies
• Draft and advise on multiple legal agreements
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations
• Recommend plans to mitigate legal risks effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and membership in Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with P3/Major Projects agreements
