Our client is a sophisticated and fast-growing financial services platform with a strong presence in the Canadian mortgage and structured finance market.ResponsibilitiesSupport structured finance, securitization, and syndicated lending transactions.Advise on Canadian residential mortgage matters and loan financing structures.Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts.Support financing and loan sale transactions from inception through closing.Handle corporate and governance matters as required.Manage external counsel and coordinate transaction execution efficiently.Identify legal and commercial risks proactively and help move transactions forward.Work closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Operate independently with significant ownership and responsibility over files.Full-time in-office position based...
