Legal Counsel - Technology Sector (In-house)

This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth, regulated environment. In this role, you will work closely with the General Counsel in the team and collaborate with the wider legal team in Europe.

What you will be doing :

• R&D research-related legal support : Provide legal guidance across the business, from Procurement and R&D to Marketing and Business Development
• General Contract support : Draft and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, IP licenses, and real estate contracts etc.
• Statutory Compliance Support: Data protection, anti-bribery, modern slavery, and export controls
• Conduct training sessions for non-legal staff on compliance issues and other legal risk areas
• Regional Collaboration: Work with the European legal team to support research centres across the U.K and EU
