We’re Hiring: Legal Intern (Corporate/Commercial Law)  
  Responsibilities  
Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs 
Supporting regulatory and compliance research 
Assisting with vendor and partner agreements 
Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS 
Conducting ad hoc legal research and preparing notes 

 
  Requirements  
Recently completed an LLB/LLM program 
Strong drafting and communication skills 
Attention to detail and ability to work independently 
Genuine interest in corporate/commercial law
