Responsibilities:

The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's legal aspects, ensuring compliance with

applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and providing sound legal advice to support the

organization’s strategic objectives. The role involves managing contracts, handling disputes, and liaising with

external legal counsel when necessary.

Responsible for drafting legal documents. Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Business Contracts,

Lease Deeds, License Agreement, Agreements to Lease, MOUs, CAM, attornment deeds, amendment deeds,

Bank NOC, Tripartite Agreements, settlement deeds, Service Agreements, Franchisee Agreements,

Termination notices etc
