Legal PA – 12 mth FTC
Upcoming vacancy with a leading law firm.

Work as part of a busy team supporting Partners and Fee-Earners, you will be covering a maternity leave. As a contracted employee, you will enjoy all of the benefits of a permanent member of staff and there is potential for extension or a move to a permanent role.

You will need to have strong experience in:
Diary management including complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.

Proactively managing inboxes and correspondence.

Tracking expenses and supporting finance and billing team with update and ongoing work in progress.

Preparing presentations for client pitches to a very high standard.

Organising client events including dinners, briefings and other meetings.
