Job Description

Top Tier law firm are recruiting a Legal PA for their employment team. Join one of the most recognisable names in the Irish legal field!

Duties to include:

  • Administration of AML requirements, client onboarding, matter opening and CRM maintenance.

  • Diary management and scheduling of meetings both internal and external.

  • Scheduling travel and planning all aspects of itineraries.

  • Creating of documents, presentations and correspondence according to house formatting style.

  • Processing expenses.

    • This is a hybrid role – 3-4 days onsite. The firm have stunning offices minutes from the green line Luas and several bus routes.
