Job Description

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and related labor regulations (DOLE, NLRC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, documentation, and contracts (employment contracts, notices, disciplinary actions, affidavits, etc.)
  • Understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
  • Research skills for labor laws, jurisprudence, and company policies
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for drafting HR/legal correspondences, notices, affidavits, contracts)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HRIS (if applicable)

Experience

  • Preferably 1–2 years experience in HR, legal assistance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in law firms, HR departments, or government agencies may also qualify
