As a Leisure Concierge we expect from you:
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management will be a plus
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel group will be a plus
- Resort experience will be a plus
- Previous experience of working in a similar guest‑focused role, especially in a recreation environment
- Good guest contact skills
- Computer and administrative skills
- Outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good grooming standards
- Telephone skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Good attention to detail
