Job Description
Blackpool Council seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large leisure facility. This role involves ensuring service performance meets customer expectations, planning staff work, and managing customer interactions.
The successful candidate will also deliver training for the RLSS UK NPLQ qualification and engage in service development. Applicants must be prepared to work outside normal hours and will receive additional pay as compensation.
