Level 1 IT Support Specialist (SAP Experience Required)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract - 3 months initially
Daily Rate: €60 – €70 per day
Job Overview
We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide first-line technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SAP systems and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling initial support requests, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex problems when necessary. Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and SAP-related issues
Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support teams
Assist users with SAP login issues, navigation, and basic functionality
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Follow standard support procedures and service level...
