Job Requirements
- With at least 3 years related work experience preferably in construction industry
- Familiar with the usual permitting requirements of LGUs (city, municipal, barangay)
- Familiar with the usual government transactions with BIR, SEC, LTO
- Familiar with the construction-related permits requirements/regulations
- Capable of representing the Company in government offices to process applications, renewal and follow-up of transactions
- With strong government network
- Must be willing to travel
Responsibilities
- Performs the legwork in the facilitation of Corporate / Head Office permits and registration
- Assist in liaising with all the concerned Department/Divisions/Projects regarding the preparation and submission of documents incidental to permits and licenses
