Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree graduate (4-year course)
- With technical knowledge related to safety, health, and construction permits
- Experience in liaising mandatory/compliance documents for submission to the LGU and other agencies
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (preferred)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and submit permits and compliance documents to LGUs and government agencies (e.g., OBO, BFP).
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations .
- Handle, safeguard, and transmit official documents and plans .
