Job Description

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree graduate (4-year course)
  • With technical knowledge related to safety, health, and construction permits
  • Experience in liaising mandatory/compliance documents for submission to the LGU and other agencies
  • Strong knowledge of permitting processes
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (preferred)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit permits and compliance documents to LGUs and government agencies (e.g., OBO, BFP).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations .
  • Handle, safeguard, and transmit official documents and plans .
