Liaison Section chief, Engineering

Contributions to the Team

• Supervise, empower, and develop a team of salaried engineers and technicians
• Manage priorities and handle escalations
• Work closely with Production, Methods, Quality and Flight Operations leaders as well as other Engineering groups to resolve issues rapidly and effectively during completion activities, ground runs, flight testing and delivery to end customer
• Ensure first-time-right quality and high productivity levels
• Drive continuous improvement through the Bombardier Operational Excellence system
• Provide visibility on execution, issues, and escalations, as needed

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree and/or a relevant technical degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aerospace
• Have experience with aircraft structures, system installation, interior completions and/or manufacturing operations
