Job Description

Position Purpose

The candidate will manage and administrate licences’ lifecycle with external and internal partners (such as SExO, Sales, Legal or Finance).


Reports to

Vice President - Partnership Management


Responsibilities

  • Overdue / collection invoices from partners
  • Admin of license agreements, statistics, royalties, follow up
  • Manage license agreements for 60+ vendors
  • Facilitate internal logistics STB resale
  • Partner communications
  • Internal communication on information related to partners


Profile

  • Administration Education
  • Minimum experience of 3 years at international environments
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Legal knowledge valuable
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and results oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Fast learner
