- Perform monthly inspections on electrical tools and equipment to ensure they are safe for use as needed.
- Approve and update the single line diagram to meet site requirements and complete the Certificate of Fitness turn‑on form.
- Prepare tenders and quotations for maintenance and project‑related work.
- Engage in project planning, material requisition, cost management, project oversight, and documentation.
- Plan, prepare, and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E equipment.
- Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and in‑house technicians to monitor work progress and coordinate with client representatives on technical issues.
- Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure maximum uptime of M&E systems and their equipment.
- Ensure all tasks are performed safely and adhere to safety procedures.
