Accountability Objective
Our LPNs are critical to our communities by supporting people in doing the things that matter most to them while providing a comfortable, safe and nurturing environment. Under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager, the LPN position is focused on enriching residents lives by ensuring they can make their own choices and lead full lives as independently as they can. Acts as the team leader for resident care and assists in directing LPN in all levels of care.
Background / Qualifications
- Minimum of grade 12 education required.
- Has obtained a recognized nursing license (LPN licensing) and in good standing with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCN&M).
- Certified in Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED certifications, required.
- Previous experience working as an LPN in a health care setting is considered an asset.
