At Good Shepherd Hospice, our organization promotes the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being both of the person completing life's journey and their family members by providing comprehensive and compassionate end-of-life care of the highest quality.
We are looking for a compassionate LPN with the Hospice Heart to join our care team who are committed to providing both medical and emotional support to patients and families.
+ This is an evening position 5x 8 hour shifts (4:30pm-12:30am) - Rotating Weekends & Holiday
+ Position covers Suffolk County
+ Great Healthcare benefits – Vision, and Dental
+ Education reimbursement of $5,250
