Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead plant automation and industrial control systems from a technical standpoint.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems.
+ Coordinate automation, modernization, and obsolete system migration projects.
+ Execute and supervise commissioning, startup, and integration of automated production lines.
+ Provide advanced technical support for PLCs, industrial robotics, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
+ Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and process-related automation failures.
+ Lead root cause analysis activities utilizing A3, EWO, and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Implement preventive, predictive, and TPM maintenance strategies.
+ Drive improvements in OEE, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
+ Manage CapEx projects related to automation and industrial maintenance.
+ Coordinate contractors, suppliers, spare parts strategies, and technical resources associated with automation projects.
