ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Lien Negotiator to be part of our team.
The role is responsible for negotiating all liens on settled cases and preparing closing statements for clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit settled cases and prepare a settlement breakdown, including all liens and costs.
- Prepare and send lien proposals to providers.
- Negotiate all health subrogation liens.
- Handle Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other statutory liens.
- Open Department of Health Care Services Claims (DHCS)
- Follow up on DHCS claims
