Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Lift Maintenance Specialist to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lifts/elevators and related systems. The specialist will ensure compliance with safety regulations, minimize downtime, and provide excellent service to clients and building occupants.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on lifts, elevators, and escalators to ensure reliable operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to restore system functionality
- Respond promptly to breakdown and emergency service calls to minimize downtime
- Repair or replace defective lift components to maintain safety and performance standards
- Conduct safety inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
