Job Description

Position: Lift Engineer

Salary: up to £35,000

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Doncaster

We’re looking for a Lifting Engineer with practical experience and a keen eye for quality.

You’ll need to be competent in building steel components and small structures (lifting frames and handling rigs) and can also perform lifting inspections (LEEA training would be provided if required).

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out local deliveries and urgent jobs using the company flatbed van, alongside regular weekly collections from local suppliers.
  • Check in profiled plates and all incoming deliveries, report shortages or issues, and store items by job number.
  • Conduct on-site and in-house inspections and repairs of loose lifting equipment in line with LEEA requirements.
