Responsibilities:
+ Lifting Plans & Method Statements
+ Develop detailed lifting plans for cranes, hoists, winches, or specialized lifting gear.
+ Choose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment.
+ Coordinate and manage contractors’ heavy equipment
+ Oversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts.
+ Lead toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings.
