Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service expectations
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and special events
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
