Line Producer

Are you an organized and strategic leader with a background in Production ? Blue Ant Studios is looking for a Line Producer to join our team on an upcoming unscripted/factual production.

What you will do

• Oversee cost reporting, track daily/weekly progress, proactively flag any overages and find solutions to keep the budget and schedule within scope.
• Manage both field and post teams: oversee the hiring process, interview candidates, negotiate and approve crew rates, approve timesheets/payroll, provide feedback and handle performance management discussions.
• Ensure crew contracts are kept up to date (extensions, deal point changes, etc.).
• Ensure teams have the support, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs on funding and insurance applications.
