Are you an experienced and passionate property listing agent looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and wants to help you succeed?
Responsibilities
- Contacting property owners who have shown interest, visiting and evaluating properties for sale.
- Using creativity and drive to find both sellers and properties for sale.
- Preparing listing agreements and building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol.
- Driven, proactive, able to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
- Strong customer focus and good collaboration skills with colleagues, brand offices, and partners.
- Good organisation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Driver's license and own car.
- Fluent Spanish and English speaking capability (more or less).
