(Job Duties)
- woking on customer site, at Semiconductor clean room
- support all IPD customer under CSPL region for software issue
- software issue trouble shoot, including report to customer
- Lithograty tool or surrounding supporting software setup
- Learn Lithography tool fundamental knowledge and operation
- Prepare software release note for customer (documentation with English)
- weekend, public holidays, night time support could be happened, not so often but have cases
- Oversea business trip, mainly south east asia region or Japan, Taiwan, India(future)
- collaborate work with on-site team member engineers, or oversea Canon software engineer
- communication, report to customer directly
- escalate to Japane headquaters if necessary
- Plan trainning or educate software info to other engineer or team members
- Bridging Japan and local engineer for software issue
