Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a reputable and growing law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial litigation, from inception through trial
• Draft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and production
• Coordinate case calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy
• Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic)
