We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. As a live-in team member, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary

$30,000 - $32,000 plus an apartment as a taxable benefit
