Liver Transplant Care Coordinator

The Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transplant Coordinator to manage pre-and post-liver transplant patients. Responsibilities include coordinating the evaluation process, managing the National Waiting List, and providing education to patients and families.
