Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration of the LMS platform, managing user configurations
• Leverage AI to enhance course delivery and learner interaction
• Partner with designers and SMEs for effective course development
• Deliver timely technical support to users and resolve inquiries
• Produce and analyze reports to improve platform usage
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in e-learning or web-based training
• Proficient in LMS platforms, preferably Docebo
