**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to load materials into trucks and hoppers while supporting production needs
+ Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist plant operators with general plant duties as required
+ Manage material stockpiles and add value-added products to concrete to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy yard and plant environment at all times
+ Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with plant and site teams to meet customer requirements
