GFL Environmental Hamilton is looking for someone with flexibility and the right attitude to perform various tasks within the facility to meet the needs of our customers.
Reporting to the Supervisor, the position is accountable for providing assistance in the completion of various operating assignments.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Battery processor is responsible for operating the battery processing line, data entry and forklift movements.
Key Responsibilities: Process of solid materials, solidification of liquids and slurries, offload and load trucks using front-end loader and back hoes Process containerized waste such as drums, pails and totes by emptying, bulking, scraping and cutting containers Maintain accurate and legible processing records as per your assigned work area (i.e drums, or batteries) Operate a forklift to move materials within the facility and to perform other warehousing type tasks Operate a floor sweepe...
