Job Description
  • Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
  • Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
  • Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
  • Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
  • A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations
