Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer loan enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
  • Explain loan packages, repayment schedules, and company policies clearly to customers.
  • Perform customer verification and assess loan eligibility based on company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process loan documentation accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Moneylenders Act and company procedures.
  • Follow up on repayment schedules and assist customers with payment arrangements when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
  • Conduct administrative duties and support daily office operations.
  • Handle customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Work closely with management to achieve operational and collection targets.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
