Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

• Assists clients in applying for housing loans with partner banks to facilitate full payment of their purchased property.
• Ensures that bank financing accounts are properly applied and processed according to standard procedures and timelines.
• Processes bank financing and refinancing accounts for assigned partner banks within the standard processing time, including endorsement of account information and documents, review of bank guarantees, and recording of loan payments in the system.
• Communicates effectively with clients (buyers and partner banks) via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address concerns, collect necessary documentation, and ensure timely processing of bank loans.
• Ensures that all assigned service requests are resolved and completed within the established turnaround time.
