Job Description
Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Informs clients of new relevant regulatory circulars and reviews their accounts to ensure continuous enhancement of quality service
- Acts as alternate signatory in the absence of the Operations Head
- Reviews, prepares, approves and submits branch reports in accordance with existing policies, procedures and control
- Must be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree preferably Business-related course
- With 2 years of experience in handling the back-end support for loans and trade transactions specifically managing the team to ensure smooth daily operations; control points are in place and processes run efficiently to optimize resources; with hands on experience in booking, release of proceeds, collections, reporting and loan loss provisioning in case of overdue account
