The Lobby Ambassador creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests in the lobby area. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required. Excellent communication skills are essential. This position requires standing for 8 hours per shift and a warm welcoming smile, positive attitude, and knowledge of the local area.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and creating a positive first impression upon arrival.
• Engage with guests in the lobby and public areas, providing personalized assistance and anticipating their needs.
• Escort guests to appropriate hotel outlets, meeting venues, guest rooms, or other facilities as required.
