In the Pharmacy Manager position, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the pharmacy runs smoothly. Manage budgets, identify sales opportunities, and maintain adequate inventory levels while adhering to all regulations. Your leadership will help create a proactive approach in addressing patient needs and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Pharmacy personnel and pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with OCP regulations
• Control pharmacy costs and monitor performance
• Provide ongoing training for Pharmacy staff
• Administer vaccinations and conduct medication reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, licensed in Ontario
• Three years of retail pharmacy experience
• Certification in CPR and injection required
